EMDR
Online sessions provide focused EMDR processing in a safe, supportive space. You’ll explore the thoughts and experiences affecting you, with meetings held weekly or bi-weekly for consistent momentum.

Online sessions center on your clinical work, professional growth, and licensure progress. You’ll receive evaluation, guidance, and support as an LCSW supervisee. These sessions are for supervision, not therapy.

Full Spectrum Doula Services
Online, this session offers full-spectrum doula support across all reproductive experiences, including pregnancy, birth, postpartum, miscarriage, abortion, fertility, and family planning. You’ll receive emotional, physical, and informational guidance tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to empower you at every stage of your reproductive journey.
